Basic Appearance
Neiyka is only 4'8" in height and is very young in appearance. She looks closer to a 12 year old girl than she does to however old she really is, but that is just part of her charm. She has medium length, strawberry blonde hair. One of her eyes is always covered by an eyepatch with a crudely drawn closed eye on it. Her other eye is similarly colored to a sunset, orange and violet tones along with a light golden.
As for her clothing, she is a weird one. She wears a metal collar around her neck with a chain still attached to the front. She wears a long white dress with a black petticoat beneath it. It is said that there are reapers attached to the petticoat that will reach out and collect souls for her if she wants them to, but it's never been proven. There are many bandages and swathings around her dress, white ones around the middle, and black ones around the top parts of her arms. There are additional straps at the ends of her sleeves as well, that connect to buckles on the back of her dress like a straight jacket. She uses these in her private time to calm down from the day.
Personality
Neiyka is a very calm and quiet soul. She seems to be fairly spaced out most of the time, and isn't terribly talkative either. She does seem to have a deep need to help others and will go out of her way to do so. She enjoys sitting and reading in her time off. She is also quite a pushover and has a very submissive personality. She will do pretty much anything that you ask of her. However, on the flip side, she also is extremely persuasive and can pretty much hypnotize people into doing what she wants so long as she maintains eye and/or skin contact. She does not use this latent ability on her own though, and is usually forced into using it by others. Neka was a very sheltered child as well and knows very little of the world, except the cruelty that it can hold. Despite her beauty, Neiyka does not see herself as such and has quite a low self esteem.
